Frequently Asked Questions
How long does my membership last?
All TBW memberships run for 12 months from the date of payment. You’ll receive a renewal reminder 30 days before your membership expires, with the option to renew online at any time.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. You can cancel your membership at any time by contacting our team at admin@tamilbusinesswarriors.org. Your listing will remain active until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused months.
How long before my listing goes live?
Once your payment is confirmed, our team reviews your submission for accuracy and completeness. Most listings are published within 48 hours. You’ll receive an email notification when your business profile is live on the directory.
What payment methods do you accept?
We will assist you to facilitate EFT payment.
Can I update my listing after it’s published?
Absolutely. You may access your listing and update using the login details provided to you as an active paid up member.
